Viking Partners Sells 2 Shopping Centers for $6.4 Million

Evans, Colo. and Snellville, Ga. – Both centers were purchased in 2011 as non-performing loans.

Evans, Colo. and Snellville, Ga. – Cincinnati-based real estate firm Viking Partners has sold two shopping centers for a combined $6.4 million. Evans Commons, a 17,460-square-foot shopping center located in Evans, Colo., near Ft. Collins, sold for $1.8 million to a private California-based investor. Scenic Square, a 70,060-square-foot shopping center in Snellville, Ga., near Atlanta, sold for $4.5 million to a Georgia-based private investor. Scenic Square sits on 6.64 acres and is anchored by a Michael’s. Viking Partners increased the occupancy in less than three years to 91 percent.
