Conshohocken, Pa. – Keystone Property Group has presented the master plan for the redevelopment of One Conshohocken, a mixed-use transit-oriented development project in the gateway of Conshohocken. Architecture and consulting firm Gensler will lead the planning and design of the project. The redevelopment of One Conshohocken will convert four properties within the Conshohocken Redevelopment area into a public plaza flanked by restaurants, shops, a 200-room hotel and a new Class A, 300,000-square-foot office building. The project will also include connections throughout eastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, from the Conshohocken SEPTA train station.
