KeyBank Arranges $20.4 Million in CMBS Financing for Virginia Shopping Center

Yorktown, Va. — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $20.4 million non-recourse, CMBS first mortgage for Village Square at Kiln Creek, a 267,021-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center located in Yorktown.

Scott Bois of KeyBank’s Commercial Mortgage Group secured the financing.
