Linear Retail Properties Purchases Needham Center Shoppes in Massachusetts for $7 Million

Needham, Mass. — Linear Retail Properties has acquired Needham Center Shoppes, an 11,330-square-foot store block located at 113-133 Chapel St. and 1013-1019 Great Plain Ave. in Needham, a southwestern suburb of Boston. The purchase price was $7 million. Current tenants include Needham Center Fine Wines, Citizens Bank, Gari’s Japanese Fusion Bistro, Bagel’s Best, Beauty Muse and the Kumon Math and Reading Center.

Needham Center Shoppes has been owned and operated by the Heffernan family since 1970.
