Hartselle, Ala. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.8 million sale of a single-tenant, net-leased retail property located in Hartselle, a city in northern Alabama. Starbucks Coffee occupies the 2,297-square-foot building, which was built in 2025 on 1.1 acres.
Madison Harman and Damien Yoder of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, Henderson Realty Investors, a Kentucky-based limited liability partnership. The seller was WEScorp LLC. Eddie Greenhalgh was Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Alabama.
