Built in 1988 on 14 acres, the property is fully occupied by Big Y Supermarket and Wells Fargo Bank. Joseph C. Ryan Carroll, Tyler Caricato and Caleb Henry of JLL arranged the three-year, fixed-rate loan on behalf of the borrower, Lightstone.
