Cambridge, Minn. — Timber Development has completed a 22,000-square-foot center shadow-anchored by Target in Cambridge, Minnesota.
Broomfield, Colo. — HFF has arranged the $5.1 million sale of MainStreet at FlatIron, a 93,657-square-foot retail and office center in Broomfield.
Mount Laurel, N.J. — Prestige Properties has acquired Centerton Square, a 700,000-square-foot regional shopping center located in Mount Laurel, for $130 million.
Bakersfield, Calif. — Bass Pro Shops has unveiled plans to open a 100,000-square-foot location at Bakersfield Gateway, a planned retail development in Bakersfield. Upon completion, the project, developed by Woodmont Co., will feature 800,000-square-feet of retail and will include a central gathering area for lifestyle events and programming. The new Bass Pro Shops will be the retailer’s fifth location in California. A construction timeline was not released, but is expected to be announced in the coming months.
Warwick, R.I. — HFF has secured a $75 million refinancing for Warwick Mall, a 978,659-square-foot super-regional mall located in Warwick.
