Gardena, Calif. — Storm Properties Inc. has acquired Redondo Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center located in Gardena, roughly 16 miles south of Los Angeles.
Dallas — High Street Residential, in partnership with Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, has topped out Knox Heights, a six-story mixed-use development located along McKinney Avenue in Dallas.
Frisco, Texas — The Vitorino Group has arranged the sale of a freestanding retail property ground leased to McDonald’s in Frisco.
Dallas — The Dallas Cowboys and Legends Hospitality will open the Stadium Club at AT&T Stadium this fall.
Chicago — Novak Construction has finished work on a 30,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market at the City Hyde Park development. The store, located at 5118 S. Lake Park Ave., features a secret society theme and pays homage to the University of Chicago. The store features a dark blue and brass color scheme and other décor related to the university. The project also included installing a mechanical system and an underground parking garage. Jeanne Gang designed the City Hyde Park project.
Tullahoma, Tenn. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $2 million loan for Jackson Circle Shopping Center, a 6,500-square-foot retail property located at 1603 N. Jackson St. in Tullahoma.
Boston — National Real Estate Advisors and The HYM Investment Group have unveiled plans to redevelop the Government Center Garage into Bulfinch Crossing, a six-building, 2.9 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle.
