Denton, Texas — H&M, a fashion retailer, will open a new location in Denton. The 23,000-square-foot property is located at the Golden Triangle Mall and is set to open this fall.
Auburn and Tacoma, Wash. —Donahue Schriber Realty Group has acquired Lakeland Town Center in Auburn, as well as Westgate North located in Tacoma. The combined purchase price for both properties totals $67 million.

Atlanta — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of the 19,969-square foot retail component of the Windsor Glenridge Springs mixed-use project in Atlanta. The sale price of $6.4 million represents $320 per square foot.
Atlanta — Marc Kirchhoff has joined Halpern Enterprises as vice president. Kirchhoff will spearhead Halpern’s build-to-suit retail development program, finding and developing locations for national tenants in the Southeast.
Bloomfield Hills, Mich. — Agree Realty Corp. has recently closed on the acquisition of 15 retail properties for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $42.1 million.
St. Charles, Ill. — The Boulder Group has brokered the $2 million sale of a single-tenant, net lease On The Border restaurant property in St. Charles.
Douglasville, Ga. — Ackerman & Co. has brokered the sale of a 14,490-square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased Walgreens in Douglasville for $5.8 million, or 99 percent of asking price.
