Donahue Schriber Buys Two Retail Centers in Pacific Northwest for $67 Million

Auburn and Tacoma, Wash. —Donahue Schriber Realty Group has acquired Lakeland Town Center in Auburn, as well as Westgate North located in Tacoma. The combined purchase price for both properties totals $67 million.

Acquired from Loja Group, Lakeland Town Center is a 125,142-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in the planned community of Lakeland in Auburn. Situated along the highly traveled Lake Tapps Parkway, the center is home to Haggen Northwest Fresh, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Subway, Verizon and other notable tenants. Westgate North Shopping Center, purchased from Crow Holdings, is a 128,630-square-foot Safeway and Ace Hardware-anchored shopping center in Tacoma. Other tenants include Chase Bank, Round Table Pizza, KeyBank, Anytime Fitness and more.
