Bellevue, Tenn. — Charlotte-based developer Crosland Southeast, in a joint venture with Atlanta-based Branch Properties LLC, has acquired the former Bellevue Center Mall in suburban Nashville for redevelopment.
The 87-acre property is located within the city of Nashville, approximately 20 minutes southwest of the city’s central business district. The overall project, to be name One Bellevue Place, will be completed in phases and is set to include approximately 350,000 square feet of new retail space, including anchors Carmike Cinemas and Sprouts Farmers Market, a 111 key Home2Suite hotel and 337 multifamily rental units.
The aggregate project cost for all components of the property is estimated to be approximately $200 million. The redevelopment is projected for completion by the end of 2017.
