Anna, Texas — Charlotte, North Carolina-based Big V Property Group and Texas-based The Seitz Group have broken ground on Rosamond Town Center, a planned 355,826-square-foot open-air center in the North Texas city of Anna.
Rosamond Town Center is a complementary development to Rosamond Crossing, a 175,300-square-foot, Kroger-anchored center that includes additional tenants such as Bank of America and McDonald’s. The overall complex will span approximately 750,000 square feet.
Principal Asset Management is providing a combination of developer equity and financing for the project, while Citizens Bank is providing a construction loan.
