Sierra Vista, Ariz. — Cushman & Wakefield|PICOR has brokered the sale of a retail property in Sierra Vista. Orion Sierra Vista AZ LLC sold the asset to 2030 East LLC for $2.3 million. Located at 354 S. Highway 92, the property features 24,000 square feet of retail space. LB 59th LLC, an entity formed by Kitchell Corp., sold the property for $40.3 million. Built in phases between 2019 and 2022, Laveen Park Place offers 109,219 square feet of retail space on 17.5 acres at the southeast corner of Loop 202 and Baseline Road. Sedona, Ariz. — MCA Realty has purchased Hillside Sedona, a 35,000-square-foot shopping center located in Sedona, Arizona. Tracy Cartledge, Bob Buckley, Shane Carter and Chris Hollenbeck of Cushman & Wakefield represented MCA in the $12.5 million transaction. The center was 89 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include The Hudson, Javelina Cantina, Berkshire Hathaway and Mooney’s Irish Pub & Burger Bar.
Chicago — Chicago-based Puttshack, an indoor mini golf venue, has completed a growth capital round of $150 million from funds managed by BlackRock and continued support from Promethean Investments. The new funding will support Puttshack’s rapid growth strategy across the United States. New venues in Boston and Miami are scheduled to open this fall, followed by one in St. Louis this winter. Greenfield Gateway LLC sold the property to an entity formed by the Hinkson Co. for $18.9 million. Situated on 10.1 acres, the sold portion consists of fully leased buildings, including an EoS Fitness-anchored building and two multitenant strip-retail buildings. Glendale, Ariz. — Gantry has secured $13 million of permanent financing for the acquisition of a 11.57-acre parcel at Arrowhead Marketplace in Glendale. Tim Storey of Gantry’s Phoenix office secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan featuring a 25-year amortization for the borrower, Arizona Partners, through a correspondent life company lender. Office Depot, Dollar Tree, Boot Barn, Party City and Salt Creek Home Furnishings are tenants at the 128,500-square-foot retail center.
Chandler, Ariz. — Evergreen Devco has sold Chandler Pavilions, a 163,286-square-foot retail center located in the Phoenix suburb of Chandler, to Schnitzer Properties for $29 million. The shopping center was fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Sportsman’s Warehouse, Golf Galaxy, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cost Plus World Market, REI, Mountain Mikes and Jimmy John’s. Patrick Dempsey, Gleb Lvovich and Patrick Anthon of JLL negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The property is situated on 18 acres at 800-890 N. 54th St.

Situated on 6.8 acres at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Loop 202 Freeway, the 56,852-square-foot property was 100 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Starbucks Coffee, Patel Brothers, Bright Now! Dental and Orthodontics, and Bethel Church.
