Los Angeles — Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) and Macerich (NYSE: MAC) have formed a joint venture to redevelop Westside Pavilion, a 600,000-square-foot shopping mall located in west Los Angeles, into creative office space. The project is expected to cost between $425 and $475 million.
Indio, Calif. — Haagen Co. has acquired the Indio Fashion Mall, a 215,000-square-foot shopping mall in Indio, for an undisclosed price.
Huntsville, Ala. — RCP Cos. has signed Dave & Buster’s to its MidCity project, a $350 million mixed-use development under construction in Huntsville.
Middletown, N.Y. — Concord Capital New York has purchased Playtogs Shopping Plaza, a shopping center in Middletown.
Orlando, Fla. — HFF has arranged joint venture equity and construction financing for the development of Vineland Pointe, a 470,000-square-foot shopping center under construction in Orlando.
Greenville, S.C. — The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) has signed Topgolf to Garlington North, a 77-acre mixed-use project under development in Greenville.
Overland Park, Kan. — Price Brothers has unveiled plans for the next phase of Bluhawk, a $750 million, 277-acre mixed-use project in Overland Park.
