Green Bay, Wis. —The Green Bay Packers, winners of four Super Bowls and 13 championships overall on the gridiron, have unveiled development plans for a $130 million business district — dubbed Titletown District — to be constructed on approximately 34 acres of land immediately west of Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
Danville, Calif. — Eight stores are set to open at joint developers Castle Cos. and Nearon Enterprises’ mixed-use redevelopment of the historic Danville Hotel in downtown Danville.
Carlsbad, Calif. — Linwood Ventures’ La Costa Towne Center, a 123,000-square-foot shopping center located in Carlsbad, is undergoing a $15 million renovation and being renamed The Beacon La Costa.
Indianapolis — Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group continues to add to its significant retail portfolio with the opening of two new projects: Gloucester Premium Outlets in Gloucester Township, New Jersey, and the expansion of San Francisco Premium Outlets.
Boston — Simon Property Group will begin extensive renovations on Copley Place, an 800,000-square-foot urban mixed-use office and retail space located in Boston.
Westminster, Colo. — Orchard Town Center, a 914,000-square-foot open-air regional retail center located in Westminster, has added seven new tenants to its roster.
Lakeland, Fla. — Lakeland South LLC, an affiliate of Century Retail LLC, has announced $750,000 worth of renovations at Lakeland South Center, a 64,332-square-foot shopping center located in Lakeland.
Wauwatosa, Wis. — J. Crew will open its second J. Crew Mercantile location in the U.S. at The Mayfair Collection shopping center in Wauwatosa.
Paducah, Ky. — Vertical Trampoline Park will open a 24,000-square-foot location at Kentucky Oaks Mall, an over 1 million square foot retail center owned by Cataro in Paducah, in October.
Kissimmee, Fla. — The Travel Corporation has begun a $10 million renovation of Old Town USA, a 10-acre collection of shops, restaurants and attractions located in Kissimmee, five miles east of the main gate of Walt Disney World.
