Willow Grove, Pa. — The second phase of construction for Tilted 10, an entertainment complex totaling 103,000 square feet, has been completed at Willow Grove Park Mall, a PREIT property located in Willow Grove. Tilted 10, a Nickles and Dimes Inc. concept, features bowling, games, golf courses, a shooting gallery, bumper car rink and laser tag arena. A full-service taco bar is also currently underway at the location.

EVO Entertainment

Hutto, Texas — EVO Entertainment Group has signed a 53,300-square-foot lease at Townwest Commons in Hutto, with plans to open a cinema, bowling and entertainment venue at the property in 2024. Nathan Nickerson of Common Ground represented the tenant in the leasing negotiations and secured an incentives package with the City of Hutto. Josh Friedlander and David Meyers represented the landlord, NewQuest Properties, on an internal basis.

Atlantic City, N.J. — Tower Investments has developed ISLAND Waterpark, a 120,000-square-foot waterpark located at The Showboat Resort in Atlantic City. Scheduled to open June 30, the property features 11 slides, a surf simulator, man-made waterfall, rollercoaster, zipline course, treehouse, water sports pool, play area for children and a lazy river. Additionally, the waterpark includes six bars and a 10,000-square-foot adults-only space.

Chicago — A joint venture between Hubbard Street Group and College Park Athletic Clubs has announced plans to open a 41,000-square-foot pickleball-themed sports and entertainment center in Chicago. Dubbed Pickle Haüs, the concept will occupy a former retail store and feature 12 indoor pickleball courts, three golf simulators, an outdoor patio and a bar, entertainment and event space.
