The newly renovated property includes a 3,500-square-foot building and 16 gas pumps. Michael Carter and Frank Rogers of SRS represented the seller, a Florida-based merchant developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor in a 1031 exchange, was represented by Brad Thessing, Roger Massell and Chris Twist of Thessing Commercial Properties.

Winter Garden, Fla. — Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services (TREIS) has negotiated the $4.9 million sale of a 4,794-square-foot building leased to 7-Eleven in Winter Garden. The freestanding building is located at 4200 Winter Garden Vineland Road, 16 miles west of downtown Orlando. A Mobil gas station on the property was not included in the sale. Stablewood Properties acquired the property from an entity doing business as 600 East LLC. Orlando, Fla. — Darden Restaurants Inc. has reported a 19.4 percent decline in total year-over-year revenues during its fiscal year 2021 second quarter, the company said Friday. Orlando-based Darden’s second quarter ended Nov. 29 with $1.66 billion in total revenue compared with $2.06 billion in fiscal second-quarter 2020. Darden owns restaurant brands including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Eddie V’s.
