SRS Real Estate Brokers $7 Million Sale of Single-Tenant Retail Property in Castle Hayne, North Carolina

Castle Hayne, N.C. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the $7 million sale of a newly constructed, single-tenant retail property in Castle Hayne, roughly 11 miles north of Wilmington. The 21,930-square-foot building is occupied by Tractor Supply, which had 14 years remaining on its corporate-guaranteed lease at the time of sale. Calvin Short of SRS represented the seller, a Pinehurst, North Carolina-based developer, in the transaction. Six New Tenants to Join Eden Prairie Center in Metro Minneapolis

Eden Prairie, Minn. — Six new tenants have signed leases to join Eden Prairie Center, a 1.4 million-square-foot shopping center located in the southwest Minneapolis suburb of Eden Prairie. The U.S. Army Career Center, PRVDR and Phenix Salon Suites have already debuted at the property, while Spirit Halloween has also opened at the center for the holiday season. Swanson Development Group, Fort Union Sell Retail Property Leased to Whole Foods in Suburban Chicago for $17.3 Million

St. Charles, Ill. — Locally based Swanson Development Group and Fort Union have sold a freestanding, 30,505-square-foot retail property leased to Whole Foods Market in St. Charles, a western suburb of Chicago, for $17.3 million. The newly renovated Whole Foods Market, which formerly housed Blue Goose Market, currently occupies the space on a 20-year double-net lease. JLL represented the sellers in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of Benenson Capital Partners.

Four New Tenants Join Deer Park Town Center in Metro Chicago

Deer Park, Ill. — Four new tenants have signed leases at Deer Park Town Center, a 407,293-square-foot lifestyle center located in Deer Park, roughly 35 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. Burlington Stores has signed a 27,692-square-foot lease at Marketplace East Shopping Center, a 204,600-square-foot power center located in the City of Industry within the San Gabriel Valley. Belmont, Mass. — Zelco Properties & Development, in partnership with AGW Partners, has acquired the retail portion of the Bradford, a newly constructed, 184,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in the western Boston suburb of Belmont. The Bradford comprises 115 luxury residential units across three buildings, along with 34,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
