Belmont, Mass. — Zelco Properties & Development, in partnership with AGW Partners, has acquired the retail portion of the Bradford, a newly constructed, 184,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in the western Boston suburb of Belmont. The Bradford comprises 115 luxury residential units across three buildings, along with 34,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. St. Clairsville, Ohio — Three new tenants have signed leases to join Ohio Valley Mall, a 1 million-square-foot super-regional shopping center located in the east central Ohio city of St. Clairsville. Academy Sports + Outdoors and Burlington will occupy a former Sears store, while Boot Barn will open a 13,000-square-foot store in a former Macy’s space. Los Angeles — Vestar has been selected to provide management services for Warner Marketplace, a 160,000-square-foot shopping center located in the Canoga Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Warner Marketplace is fully leased to a mix of tenants including Ashley Furniture, BevMo!, Ulta Beauty, DSW, PetSmart and Carter’s. With the addition of Warner Marketplace, Vestar now manages over 12.5 million square feet in California and the western United States.

Coal Mountain Shops

Cumming, Ga. — Seven new tenants have signed leases to join FrostPoint Capital’s Coal Mountain Shops, a 19,805-square-foot shopping center undergoing redevelopment in Cumming, a north Atlanta suburb. Phase I of the redevelopment is now fully leased, with the new tenants including PNC Bank, Wingstop, barre3, Kumon, Smoothie King, The Bagel Hole and Shape Nails. Details of Phase II of the redevelopment project were not disclosed. Sam Krueger and Kaitlyn Schoerner of Franklin Street handled leasing efforts on behalf of FrostPoint Capital, which purchased the center in May.

Blue Star Shopping Center

Watchung, N.J. — Levin Management Corp. (LMC) has arranged four new leases totaling more than 62,200 square feet at Blue Star Shopping Center, a 420,000-square-foot community shopping center located in the northern New Jersey community of Watchung. The leases include Burlington, Taco Bell, Nail Spa & Beyond and Marshalls. Marshalls will relocate to a 27,000-square-foot portion of a building formerly occupied by ShopRite, which is also being redeveloped to accommodate Burlington. Roseville, Minn. — JLL has negotiated retail leases for six new tenants at Rosedale Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot shopping center in the Twin Cities community of Roseville. The leases include Kendra Scott, J.Crew Factory, Johnston & Murphy, Lolli & Pops, Paris Baguette and BRKTHROUGH. Additionally, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Legendary Spice, Boba X and Kukuri recently opened at the center. Holly Rome and Lane Walsh of JLL led the leasing effort at Rosedale Center, while also securing the new leases.
