Ontario, Calif. — Left Coast Brewing Co. will open a 5,000-square-foot tasting room at The Collection, a 96,000-square-foot development currently underway in Ontario. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024, the outpost will mark the third in the country for the company.

Savannah, Ga. — Terra Alma has begun leasing the retail space at a master-planned development currently underway in Savannah. Totaling 11,000 square feet, the space is situated within the EmmaJames at Savannah Harbor property along the Savannah River on Hutchinson Island, which also features apartments and townhomes. Amenities at the development will include a marina and outdoor concert theater. An undisclosed seafood concept has signed the first retail lease.

Alhambra, Calif. — Three tenants have signed leases at The Shops at The Alhambra, a 17,800-square-foot retail center located in Alhambra. Labcorp and Johnny Rockets-Hurricane Grill will each occupy 2,000 square feet, and Burnt Belly will open a 1,640-square-foot restaurant at the property. The Ratkovich Co. is the landlord. GE Property Management represented The Ratkovich Co. in all the leasing negotiations. CBRE represented Labcorp, and Jack M. Bennett represented Fat Brands in the leasing negotiations for Johnny Rockets-Hurricane Grill. GE Property Management also represented Burnt Belly.

Miami-Worldcenter_Miami-Fla

Miami, Fla. — Four restaurants will join the food-and-beverage lineup at Miami Worldcenter, a 27-acre, $6 billion mixed-use development currently underway in Miami. Serafina and Sixty Vines will lease 8,176 square feet and 8,672 square feet, respectively. NDM Hospitality Services will also open a dual-concept venue featuring BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings. Together, the two restaurants will occupy 3,835 square feet of space. Each of the restaurants is scheduled to open next year. CIM Group and The Comras Co. lead retail leasing efforts at the project.

Long Beach, Calif. — Two new tenants have signed leases at Long Beach Towne Center, a retail center located in Long Beach. Scheduled to open this summer, restaurant The Stand will occupy 3,011 square feet at the property. Cookie Plug has also signed a lease at the center and will open in a 1,000-square-foot space next to tenant Roasting Water and near the Regal Edwards Long Beach theater.

Kenilworth, N.J. — Pure Hockey has signed an 11,340-square-foot lease in Kenilworth. Dean Tselepis of Newmark represented Pure Hockey in the lease negotiations. The hockey equipment retailer will open a store in a space formerly occupied by Clean Land Laundromat. Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, an entity doing business as Kenilworth 2480 Route 22 LLC.

St. Charles, Mo. — Off-price fashion and footwear retailer Gabe’s has signed a 76,000-square-foot lease at Mark Twain Village in St. Charles. First National Realty Partners (FNRP) is the owner of the property. Other tenants at the center include Bass Pro Shops, Duluth Trading Co., Dungarees and Aldi. The new lease brings the property to 97 percent occupancy.

St. Johns County, Fla. — PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group have signed three new tenants to the retail and restaurant space at Beachwalk, a mixed-use project currently underway in St. Johns County. Starbucks Coffee, Fancy Sushi and Playa Bowls will occupy 2,500, 1,500 and 1,200 square feet, respectively. The new leases bring the retail and restaurant space at the development, which totals 170,000 square feet, to 55 percent occupancy. Other tenants at the project include Fysh Bar & Grill, Noire Nail Bar, F45 Fitness, BurgerFi, Supercuts, Kilwins, Bagels R Us, Island …

Manhasset, N.Y. — Outdoor apparel and equipment retailer Arc’teryx has opened a 3,900-square-foot store in Manhasset on Long Island. Located within The Gate at Manhasset, a 107,474-square-foot retail center, the space is situated between lululemon and Natuzzi. This marks the brand’s fifth store in the state. Olshan Properties is the landlord at the property.

Kansas City, Mo. — Kansas City-based Chicken N Pickle has announced plans to open seven new locations by the first quarter of 2025. Plans include locations in St. Charles, Missouri; Allen, Texas; Fishers, Indiana; Henderson, Nevada; Webster, Texas; Thornton, Colorado; and Parker, Colorado. Chicken N Pickle outposts typically comprise 32,000 square feet and feature a restaurant, sports bar, pickleball courts and yard games. The new openings will nearly double the brand’s footprint, which currently includes eight locations.
