Atlanta — Scofflaw Brewing Co. will open a 5,500-square-foot space at Oxton, a 35,000-square-foot food and retail project to be developed by Ardent Cos., Westbridge and Bridger Properties at the Piedmont Center office campus in Atlanta. Scheduled to open in 2024 and marking the first tenant at the development, the taproom and brewery will feature access to an adjoining courtyard. Square Feet Studio Architects is leading the design of Oxton, which was announced earlier this year. Bridger is handling retail leasing at the property.

New York City —Lidl will open a 34,484-square-foot store at Glen Oaks Shopping Center in the borough of Queens in New York City. Ken Schuckman of Schuckman Realty represented Lidl in the lease negotiations. Randall Briskin represented the landlord, The Feil Organization, on an internal basis. The store, which is scheduled to open sometime next year, will be Lidl’s third in the borough.
Chamblee, Ga. — terra alma has been selected to curate the vendor lineup at Chamblee Tap & Market, a taproom and micro food hall project currently underway in Chamblee, roughly 15 miles outside Atlanta. Scheduled to open by early 2024, the development will feature Sidecar Coffee and a taproom equipped with 20 taps, as well as three food stalls. Jeff Kimmel and David Heymann are the owners of the property.
Sarasota, Fla. — Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a 23,000-square-foot retail lease at Aster & Links, a mixed-use development underway in downtown Sarasota. Belpointe PREP LLC is the developer. Leasing at the property, which include 424 residential units, is expected to begin in the first half of 2024.
Henderson, Nev. — Three tenants have signed leases at Lake Mead Crossing, a retail center located in Henderson, roughly 15 miles outside Las Vegas. Starbucks Coffee, Sprouts Farmers Market and Chick-fil-A will join the lineup at the property, which is anchored by Target. Other tenants at the center include Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart Ross Dress for Less, Hibbett Sports and Big Lots.
Billings, Mt. — Sierra, a T.J. Maxx brand, has opened an 18,700-square-foot store in Billings. Founded in 1986, Sierra offers active and outdoor apparel, footwear and gear. Situated within a building formerly home to Big Bear Sports Center and redeveloped by Wood Investments Cos. as Yellowstone Gateway Shopping Center, the store marks the first location in the state. Sierra joins HomeGoods at the site, and Petco is also scheduled to open a 15,000-square-foot location at the property.
Katy, Texas — Five new restaurants totaling 12,089 square feet will open at Katy Grand, a dining and entertainment destination located in Katy, roughly 30 miles west of Houston. Korean Steak House & Bar will lease 4,971 square feet at the development, and Uncle Tetsu and Wushiland Boba will open restaurants comprising 1,050 and 1,405 square feet, respectively. St. Augustine, Fla. — Bass Pro Shops has announced that it will open an Outdoor World store in St. Augustine, approximately 40 miles southeast of Jacksonville. Upon completion, the store will comprise 100,000 square feet and offer boating merchandise in addition to other outdoor gear and apparel. The opening is scheduled for 2024. This will mark the thirteenth location for Bass Pro Shops in Florida.
Broomall, Pa. and Philadelphia — Federal Realty Investment Trust has signed four new tenants to shopping centers in metro Philadelphia. Dave’s Hot Chicken and Crave Cookies will open at Northeast Shopping Center in Philadelphia, leasing 2,995 and 1,279 square feet, respectively. Additionally, J. Crew Factory and Honeygrow will open locations at Lawrence Park Shopping Center, a retail center located in Broomall, roughly 30 miles outside Philadelphia. J. Crew will open a 4,150 square-foot-store and Honeygrow will occupy 1,999 square feet. All of the tenants are scheduled to open this year.
Philadelphia — Five Below is set to open stores at seven Simon-owned properties.
