WCD has signed a 10-year lease at the property, which is anchored by Vallarta and Dollar Tree. Albert Lopez of Progressive represented the landlord in the negotiations. Paw Paw, Mich. — Fitness concept FitStop24 has signed a 3,422-square-foot retail lease in Paw Paw. Bloom City Club Cannabis leases the other half of the building, which is located on Red Arrow Highway. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease. FitStop24 now operates 15 locations in Michigan and Indiana.
Houston and Sugar Land, Texas — Whitestone REIT has signed four new tenants to four of its Texas properties. Together, the leases total 26,818 square feet. Dough Zone Dumpling House will open a 3,863 square foot restaurant at BLVD Place property, located in Houston, bringing the property to 99 percent occupancy. Lion Square and Town Park Plaza, also in Houston, will see the addition of KPOT and China King Express, respectively. Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. — Sky Zone has signed a lease for 30,700 square feet at 12449 Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga. Sky Zone, which currently operates more than 200 locations throughout the country and Canada, will open an indoor entertainment park at the property, which is located within the 550,000-square-foot Foothill Marketplace. Paul Galmarini and Paul Su of Progressive Real Estate Partners arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord. Lewisville, Texas — Bright Realty has announced the addition of three new tenants to The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre mixed-use development located in Lewisville, roughly 30 miles northwest of Dallas. Kendall, Fla. — Etam, a French apparel retailer founded in 1916, plans to open its first U.S. store at Dadeland Mall, a shopping mall in the Miami suburb of Kendall. Simon, the mall’s landlord, expects to debut the new Etam store this summer. The store will carry Etam’s line of lingerie, bras, underwear, sleepwear and swimwear. The retailer currently operates more than 850 stores throughout Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. Other international brands that operate stores at Dadeland Mall include Mango, Bimba y Lola, Razer and Tous.
Roseville, Minn. — Dick’s Sporting Goods is set to open a new location at Rosedale Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot shopping center in Roseville, a suburb of the Twin Cities. Los Angeles — TTM Real Estate Capital has purchased HHLA, a 248,841-square-foot retail center located in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles.
