Louisville, Ky. — Publix Super Markets Inc. has signed a 55,702-square-foot lease at the Terra Crossing development located at the northwest corner of Terra Crossing Boulevard and Old Henry Road in Louisville. This location will be Publix’s first store in Kentucky. With the new Louisville location, Publix has over 1,280 stores in eight states across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Oak Brook, Ill. — Game of Irons, a golf simulation facility, has leased 18,361 square feet at Oak Brook Promenade in Oak Brook, a western suburb of Chicago. Featuring 16 bays, Game of Irons will be the largest golf simulation facility in the Midwest when it opens in November. Holmdel, N.J. — Somerset Development has signed a lease with Oink and Moo BBQ & Burgers at Bell Works in Holmdel, about 20 miles from New Brunswick. The Southern-inspired barbecue restaurant will open in October 2021. Oink and Moo will also offer a mobile app for delivery orders, which promises the food’s arrival within 20 minutes. The new Oink and location will also offer a selection of smoker grills, custom marinades, rubs and grill accessories.

Los Angeles — Seven new tenants are set to open at West Harbor, a 42-acre mixed-use dining and entertainment development along Southern California’s historic LA Waterfront in Los Angeles. New tenants include Yamashiro, a Japanese-fusion restaurant; Mike Hess Brewing, an independent craft brewery; Hopscotch, an art gallery with 17,000 square feet of gallery and lounge space; Poppy + Rose, a restaurant that serves country-inspired brunch food; Sugar Factory, a candy store; an undisclosed Mexican restaurant; and Jay Bird’s Chicken, a Nashville-style hot chicken restaurant. Wynnehaven Beach, Fla. — MAB American Management LLC has signed Publix to a lease to anchor Wynnehaven Plaza, the company’s newest shopping center development located at the northwest corner of US Highway 98 and Rosewood Drive in Wynnehaven Beach. Wynnehaven Plaza will feature a 48,387-square-foot Publix store along with a 2,100-square-foot Publix Liquor store on 10 acres of land. Wyoming, Mich. — 3 Gatos Brewery has opened its first location within Chateau Centre at 1760 44th St. in Wyoming, a southern suburb of Grand Rapids. At 3 Gatos Brewery, the food and beer are influenced by Brazilian and German cultures. The founders, Linus and Renata De Paoli, named the brewery after their three cats. Rod Alderink of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the undisclosed landlord. Todd Roesler of Keller Williams GR East represented the tenant.

St. Johns, Fla. — Earth Fare is set to open a 24,000-square-foot store within the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway in the Jacksonville suburb of St. Johns. The company previously occupied a space at the center, which closed following Earth Fare’s bankruptcy declaration at the beginning of 2020. Sleiman Enterprises — developer and owner of the center — helped arrange the reopening. The Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway also includes retailers such as Ember and Iron, Canopy Road Café, Xtreme Wings, Massage Envy, RaceTrac and Engel & Volkers.

Oxnard, Calif. — Eight new retailers have joined the tenant lineup at The Collection at RiverPark, a 650,000-square-foot, open-air shopping center in Oxnard. New tenants include IHOP, Downtown Locker Room, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Harbor Bank, Tropical Smoothie Café, Beauty Plus, Le’s Nail Bar and Georgia Peach. IHOP will occupy 4,600 square feet of space; Downtown Locker Room or DTLR will occupy 4,500 square feet of space; and Chipotle Mexican Grill will occupy a 2,335-square-foot space.
