Melbourne and Sarasota, Fla. — Nordstrom Rack has announced plans to open two new stores in Florida. Located in Melbourne and Sarasota, the stores will comprise 24,000 and 27,000 square feet, respectively. The Melbourne store will be situated within The Avenue Viera and is scheduled to open next fall. Situated within Sarasota Pavilion, the Sarasota store is scheduled to open in spring 2026. InvenTrust Properties owns and manages Sarasota Pavilion, and WS Development owns and manages The Avenue Viera.

Falls Church, Va. — Two new tenants are set to join West Falls, a 10-acre mixed-use development currently underway by Hoffman & Associates in Falls Church. Upon completion, the development will span 1.2 million square feet. Orlando, Fla. — Live Nation will open a 3,500-seat entertainment venue at Westcourt Sports and Entertainment District, a 900,000-square-foot mixed-use project currently underway in downtown Orlando. Construction on the facility is scheduled to begin early next year, with an anticipated opening in 2027. SED Development, JMA Ventures and Machete Group are developing Westcourt, which will feature a 260-room hotel, 265 residential units, 300,000 square feet of office space and 125,000 square feet of entertainment and dining-focused retail space. New York City — Clothing retailer Primark has signed a lease to open a new, 78,760-square-foot store in Manhattan in New York City. Situated within THE PENN DISTRICT, the store will mark the first Manhattan location for the brand. Vornado Realty Trust is the landlord.
San Antonio — EōS Fitness has signed a new lease at The Shops at Redland Road, a shopping center located in San Antonio. Scheduled to open in 2026, the venue will occupy 40,000 square feet of indoor space and 2,500 square feet of contiguous outdoor space. This marks the beginning of the Dallas-based concept’s expansion into Central Texas.
Greenville, S.C. — Four new food-and-beverage tenants will join the roster at Greenville County Square, a $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment currently underway by RocaPoint Partners in downtown Greenville. Mama’s Comfort Food & Cocktails, Leo’s Italian Social, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar and MOA Korean Barbeque have signed leases at the 40-acre project, which will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market grocery store. Exton, Pa. — Kimberton Whole Foods will open a new, 14,000-square-foot store in Exton, roughly 30 miles outside Philadelphia. Construction on the building will begin this month, with the opening scheduled for spring 2026. The store will be situated within Eagleview Town Center, within the 800-acre Eagleview mixed-use community. Hankin Group is the developer and landlord.
Roseville, Minn. — Dick’s Sporting Goods will open an 80,000-square-foot store in Roseville, roughly 10 miles outside Minneapolis. Scheduled to open Oct. 16, the store will be situated within Rosedale Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot shopping center. JLL is the landlord, and Holly Rome and Lane Walsh of JLL secured the lease. Poag Development Group led construction management of the project at the Dick’s parcel, which was formerly occupied by Herberger’s. The new store will feature golf hitting bays, a multisport cage, equipment services counter and a House of Cleats.
