Southfield, Mich. — JLL Capital Markets has brokered the $45 million sale of Tel Twelve, a 193,850-square-foot retail center in Southfield. The property is located roughly 15 miles northwest of Detroit at 28400 Telegraph Road. The center was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, DSW, PetSmart, BuyBuy Baby and Michaels. Flint, Mich. — The Jonna Group of Colliers has brokered the sale of a 6,885-square-foot commercial building in Flint. The property, built in 2019, is located at 5009 Miller Road. Tenants at the fully leased building include U.S. Army & Navy Career Center, Jersey Mike’s and Smoothie King. Simon Jonna of Colliers represented the seller, a Michigan-based private developer. The buyer was not disclosed.

Battle Creek, Mich. — NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has arranged the sale of Minges Creek Plaza in Battle Creek. The 72,000-square-foot shopping center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Jo-Ann, Biggby Coffee, Xfinity, Supercuts, Tropical Smoothie Café, The UPS Store and LA Insurance. Jodi Milks of NAI Wisinski represented the seller, which purchased the center in 2013 following a foreclosure and made property improvements. NAI Wisinski will handle property management and leasing for the new owner.

Lake Orion, Mich. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $4.1 million sale of a single-tenant retail property occupied by Firestone in Lake Orion, about 38 miles north of Detroit. The net-leased, 6,116-square-foot building is located at 25 Indianwood Road. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of Boulder represented the seller, a Midwest-based real estate developer. A Southeast-based private real estate investor was the buyer.

Holland, Mich. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Felch Street Shopping Center, a 166,100-square-foot retail center in Holland, about 29 miles from Grand Rapids. Amy Sands, Clinton Mitchell, Michael Nieder and Matthew Schoenfeldt of JLL represented the undisclosed seller. A private fund based in the Southeast purchased the property. Located at 12635 Felch St., the property was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath and Beyond, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Old Navy, Jonathan Stevens Mattress, Party City, PetSmart, Shoe Carnival, T.J.Maxx …
