Warren, Mich. — Liquidation sales retailer Big Discount Lot has signed an 8,000-square-foot retail lease at Pickwick Plaza in Warren, a northern suburb of Detroit. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the undisclosed landlord.
