Lino Lakes, Minn. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.2 million sale of Lino Lakes Marketplace in Lino Lakes, a northern suburb of the Twin Cities.
Bloomington, Minn. — Mall of America is set to open Debut, a 2,500-square-foot collection of shop-in-shops, in the north wing of the mall on Nov. 16.
Edina, Minn. — Carlyle Realty Partners V LP has sold Centennial Shops in Edina to Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust for $32 million.
West Saint Paul, Minn. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.9 million sale of Wentworth Plaza, a 12,793-square-foot retail property located at 1590 S. Robert St. in West Saint Paul.
Minneapolis — Doran Cos. has acquired Calhoun Village Shopping Center, a 90,000-square-foot retail property located in Minneapolis, for $24.9 million.
Minneapolis — Stahl Construction has been selected to build St. Louis Park, an eco-village project in Minneapolis.
