Rosemount, Minn. — Rosemount Crossing LLC has sold Rosemount Crossing, a 44,194-square-foot shopping center, for $7.6 million.
The center is located in Rosemount, about 25 miles south of Minneapolis. Aldi anchors the three-building property, which was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Starbucks Coffee, Park Dental, Snap Fitness, Sprint and Fantastic Sams. Jim Leary of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. A Seattle-based investment entity purchased the property.
