Omaha, Neb. — First National Realty Partners has purchased The Shoppes at Grayhawk in Omaha for an undisclosed price. The 221,000-square-foot shopping center is located on West Maple Road. A 140,000-square-foot Lowe’s anchors the property. Additional tenants include Michaels, Dollar Tree, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Jimmy John’s and First Watch. Ben Snyder and Zack Bates of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the undisclosed seller.

Lincoln, Neb. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. has arranged the $2.5 million sale of a single-tenant property occupied by Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Lincoln. The building is located at 7301 Husker Circle. Zack Hilgendorf of Quantum represented the buyer, an Iowa-based private investor. A local developer was the seller.

Norfolk, Neb. — Avison Young has brokered the $4.5 million sale of Sunset Plaza Mall in Norfolk, a city in northeast Nebraska. The 232,347-square-foot shopping center is located at 1700 Market Lane. The property was lender-owned and was roughly 48 percent occupied at close of escrow. Omaha, Neb. — Lockwood Development, Century Development and the City of Omaha are redeveloping Crossroads Mall in Omaha. Demolition of the mall is currently underway and is expected to be complete in May. Plans call for a mixed-use project spanning 40 acres with 350,000 square feet of retail and restaurants; 250 apartment units; up to 500,000 square feet of office space and senior living; a 150-room hotel; and 2.5 acres of public space. Situated in the 72nd Street Corridor, the property was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Michaels, PetSmart, Big Lots and Dunkin’. Lincoln, Neb. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Edgewood Shopping Center in Lincoln for an undisclosed price. Built in 1991, the 174,000-square-foot shopping center sits on 22 acres. At the time of sale, the center was 95 percent occupied to tenants such as Super Saver Foods, CVS, Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Herbalife, Party America, Petco, Cartridge World, H&R Block and Papa John’s. Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, Perkins Properties. Scott Taubin of The R.H. Johnson Co. represented the buyer, a Kansas City-based private investor.

Omaha, Neb. — Broad Reach Retail Partners has acquired Baker Square Shopping Center, a 158,380-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Omaha. The property was 73 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, JoAnn Fabric and CHI Health. There is 43,394 square feet of available space. Baker Square is located one mile south of LinkedIn’s new 200,000-square-foot office campus, that when complete in 2021, could house as many as 1,000 employees.
