Prescott Valley, Ariz. — The Shops at Glassford Hill Marketplace consists of five tenants on triple net-leases in a 100 percent occupied building.
Yuma, Ariz. – New tenants include Goodwill, Firehouse Subs and an AutoZone.
Peoria, Ariz. – Cypress is in the process of making several upgrades to the existing center, as well as planning for the second phase of development.
Buckeye, Ariz. – The transaction closed at a 6.8 percent cap rate.
Gastonia, N.C. – The property is fully leased and includes a 12,500-square-foot freestanding building occupied by Petco and two freestanding pad buildings.
Las Vegas – Bowman’s career includes leadership positions overseeing operations, marketing security and business development.
Surprise, Ariz. – The center was 98 percent leased at the time of sale.
Peoria, Ariz. – The center is currently 75 percent occupied.
Phoenix – Both transactions were arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
