Doug Clyburn and Julie Clyburn of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, an entity doing business as Thomson Plaza LLLP, which had owned the grocery-anchored property for over 49 years. The center is fully leased to retailers including Dollar Tree, Rainbow USA, Pizza Hut and Subway. Located at 6055 Old National Highway, the center is approximately three miles south of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The buyer, EDENS, plans to redevelop the mall into a mixed-use property, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
