Lilburn, Ga. — Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. (Wheeler REIT) has purchased Beaver Ruin Village, a 74,038-square-foot shopping center located in Lilburn, a suburb of Atlanta.
Douglasville, Ga. — Ackerman & Co. has brokered the sale of a 14,490-square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased Walgreens in Douglasville for $5.8 million, or 99 percent of asking price.
