Atlanta — Phase I of the development will open in spring 2017, coinciding with the stadium’s debut on Opening Day in 2017.
Dawsonville, Ga. — Halpern purchased the property earlier this year, and will begin site work in the first quarter of 2015.
Cumming, Ga. — Brannon Crossing’s tenant roster includes Starbucks Coffee and T-Mobile.
Dallas, Ga. and Charlotte, N.C. – Terraces at University Place in Charlotte and Shoppes at Seven Hills in Dallas sold for $7.8 million and $2.9 million, respectively.
Cumming, Ga. – The new location will open in spring 2015.
Marietta, Ga. and Waynesville, N.C. – The sales include two properties near Atlanta and one outside of Asheville, North Carolina.
Roswell, Ga. – The occupancy of the center is currently 31 percent.
Hiram, Ga. – Brett Fuller of The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord, NewQuest Epic Investments, in the lease transactions.
Atlanta – In the pipeline since 2006 as Streets of Buckhead, OliverMcMillan took the reins of the development in 2011 and rebranded it Buckhead Atlanta.
