Columbus, Ga. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.39 million sale of a 41,117-square-foot Walmart Neighborhood Market located in Columbus.
Don McMinn and Zach Taylor of Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, an undisclosed developer. Built in 2014, the freestanding Walmart Neighborhood Market is situated next to 10,500 square feet of shops and features a drive-through pharmacy and a six-pump fuel station.
Walmart Neighborhood Market has signed a 20-year corporate guaranteed triple-net lease on the property with 16 five-year options, each including rent increases.
