Douglasville, Ga. — Ackerman & Co. has brokered the sale of a 14,490-square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased Walgreens in Douglasville for $5.8 million, or 99 percent of asking price.
Atlanta — All three retailers are expected to open this fall.
Atlanta — Phase II of Avalon will encompass an additional 80,000 square feet of retail.
Stockbrige, Ga. — The seller was a Delaware-based limited liability company.
Atlanta — Phase I of the development will open in spring 2017, coinciding with the stadium’s debut on Opening Day in 2017.
Dawsonville, Ga. — Halpern purchased the property earlier this year, and will begin site work in the first quarter of 2015.
Cumming, Ga. — Brannon Crossing’s tenant roster includes Starbucks Coffee and T-Mobile.
Dallas, Ga. and Charlotte, N.C. – Terraces at University Place in Charlotte and Shoppes at Seven Hills in Dallas sold for $7.8 million and $2.9 million, respectively.
Cumming, Ga. – The new location will open in spring 2015.
Marietta, Ga. and Waynesville, N.C. – The sales include two properties near Atlanta and one outside of Asheville, North Carolina.
