Cairo, Ga. – The price represents $59 per square foot and includes a triple-net lease guarantee.
Decatur, Ga. – The developers plan to convent the enclosed portion of the mall into an open-air concept.
Atlanta – The retail store will feature a mix of antique textiles, industrial collectibles and handcrafted furniture.
Carrollton, Ga. – In the sale of First Tuesday Mall, Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson represented the seller, Mimms Enterprises. The buyer, RCG Ventures, was represented in-house by Scott Tarbet.
Marion, S.C. – The sale was a 1031 property exchange for Realty Center Associates Inc. of New York City.
Snellville, Ga. – The center is currently 87 percent occupied, and anchor Michael’s has signed a 10-year renewal.
Evans, Colo. and Snellville, Ga. – Both centers were purchased in 2011 as non-performing loans.
Doraville, Ga. – Doraville Plaza is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and includes outparcel tenants such as Krispy Kreme, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo and more.
Morrow, Ga. – The mall has annual sales of more than $100 million.
