Alpharetta and Locust Grove, Ga. — Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial (BCC) has arranged the $19.5 million sale of two Publix-anchored centers located in the Atlanta suburbs of Alpharetta and Locust Grove.
Properties include Birmingham Village, an 82,905-square-foot center located in Alpharetta, and Shoppes at Locust Grove, an 89,567-square-foot center located in Locust Grove. The centers were 78 percent and 71 percent occupied at the time of sale. BCC represented the buyer, an international REIT, in the transaction. The centers were acquired from the original developer, a regional development firm.
