Atlanta – The properties, which totaled more than $11 million in sales revenue and more than 218,000 square feet of retail real estate, are located in Illinois, Missouri and Alabama.
Glenview, Ill. – The center is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Von Maur, and is also tenanted by Yard House, Jos A. Bank and more.
Cincinnati – The acquisition added approximately 736,000 square feet to their portfolio.
Chicago – With the signing of this lease, the 344,000-square-foot Edens Plaza shopping center is 100 percent leased.
Libertyville, Ill. and Tampa, Fla. – These purchases represent the sixth and seventh Trader Joe’s in Loja’s portfolio.
Mokena, Ill. – The center is 76 percent leased.
