East Peoria, Ill. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $2.8 million sale of a single tenant net-leased OfficeMax property in East Peoria.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Midwest-based family partnership, in the transaction. The 1.86-acre property was acquired by a Northeast-based high net worth individual. There are over eight years remaining on the recently extended OfficeMax lease.
