Lancaster, Calif. — Gantry has arranged a $31 million permanent loan to refinance the Valley Central Shoppes, a 174,000-square-foot inline retail center located in the Antelope Valley submarket of Lancaster. The property is a component of a larger master-planned power center.
Following the property’s acquisition in late 2025, the borrower secured a new lease with Boot Barn to backfill vacant space, as well as renewal agreements with other tenants. Current retailers and restaurants at the property include Staples, Marshall’s, Five Below, Planet Fitness, Starbucks Coffee, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Black Angus Steakhouse, Ulta Beauty, Sally Beauty Supply, Lenscrafters, Calidental and America’s Tire Company.
Tony Kaufmann, Jake Davis and Ramza Zeiter of Gantry secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through one of Gantry’s insurance company correspondents on behalf of the borrower, a private real estate investor. Gantry will service the loan for the lender.
