Hampton, Va. — Divaris Real Estate has been selected to oversee retail leasing on behalf of Linville Team Partners for three buildings at Peninsula Town Center in the Hampton Roads area. The 227,424-square-foot leasing assignment — which will include buildings F, G and H — will focus on expanding the center’s dining options, introducing new-to-market retailers and attracting experiential entertainment, fitness, wellness and service-oriented businesses.
The 1.1 million-square-foot open-air center opened in 2010 and features a mix of tenants including a fully remodeled Target, JCPenney, Barnes & Noble, H&M, PetSmart, Floor & Décor, Kid’s Empire, Buffalo Wild Wings, Five Guys, Sushi King, MOD Pizza and Phenix Salon Suites, among others.
North Carolina-based Linville Team Partners purchased buildings F, G and H in 2025. Dallas-based Tabani Group owns the core retail shops, the Chapman apartments and the Claiborne office building at Peninsula Town Center.
