The two-building property spans 55,536 square feet and features a main showroom, customer receiving bay, service shop and auto cleaning area. Robb Osborne and Kannon Kuhn of Osborne Group, along with Alex Davenport of Colliers, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an entity doing business as MAX 22 LLC. Osborne’s team procured the buyer, Realty Income Corp.

Kroger is the anchor tenant at the property, which is 95 percent leased. Other tenants include Dunham’s Sports, Burke’s Outlet, H&R Block, Shoe Sensation, Pet Supplies Plus and Burger King. Zionsville, Ind. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has brokered the $3.1 million sale of a two-tenant retail center spanning 11,400 square feet in Zionsville, a northern suburb of Indianapolis. Named Zionsville Station, the property is located at 10615 Zionsville Road. Tenants include Hotel Tango Whiskey, a local whiskey brand, and Pampered Pooch Resort and Spa. Dylan Mallory of Hanley represented the seller, Jackson Investment Group. Forest Bender of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, a metro Indianapolis-based private investor.
Terre Haute, Ind. — Sansone Group has sold Towne South Plaza, a 163,000-square-foot shopping center in the western Indiana city of Terre Haute. The property recently underwent a major roof renovation and is home to tenants including Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Dollar Tree and Best Buy. Grant Mechlin of Sansone and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. secured the buyer, Wild Moose Ventures, in the transaction.

Thompson Road, is home to a five-tenant building as well as a freestanding urgent care building. Joel Dumes and Kyle Teets of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. The duo also secured and represented the buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company.
