Odenton, Md. — Giant Food will open a 60,492-square-foot, full-service grocery store at Odenton Shopping Center located in Odenton.
Abingdon, Md. — The new location of Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar (Boston’s) has broken ground in Abingdon.
Owings Mills, Md. — The Greysteel Co. has brokered the $31.7 million sale of New Town Village Center, a 117,593-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Owings Mills.
Gaithersburg, Md. — CBRE’s National Retail Investment Group has brokered the $19.5 million sale of Goshen Crossing, a 78,456-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Gaithersburg.
Accokeek, Md. — Manokeek Village Shopping Center includes additional land approved for development of up to 50,000 rentable square feet of commercial space.
Hagerstown, Md. — The center is currently 100 percent occupied and is anchored by a 33,000-square-foot Food Lion supermarket.
