Boston — Fantini & Gorga has arranged $9 million in permanent first mortgage financing for two Massachusetts retail properties, including a Walgreens in Newton Centre and a multi-tenanted property in Burlington, on behalf of a Boston-based family investment and development firm.
Millbury, Mass. — The center’s anchors and retailers include Nordstrom Rack, Target, Kohl’s, Barnes & Noble, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Gap, Jos A. Bank and LOFT.
Cambridge, Mass. — To keep customers safe, Shawmut built full safety barricades around the perimeter.
Plymouth, Mass. – Jonathan Aron of KeyPoint Partners represented the seller, while Michael Scanio of Cambridge Capital Advisors procured the buyer.
Lynnfield, Mass. – The development already has 63 open shops and restaurants.
Newton, Mass. – Karp has been with New England Development for 15 years.
Worcester, Mass. – RK Centers has 49 shopping centers in New England and South Florida totaling approximately 7 million square feet.
Worcester, Mass. – The Walmart anchor is the retailer’s largest store in New England and its only location in Worcester. Sam’s Club relocated within the market to be adjacent to the Walmart and is the city’s only big-box membership warehouse club.
Methuen, Mass. – The multi-tenant retail strip mall was 100 percent leased at the time of the transaction.
Chelmsford, Mass. – The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule.
