Troy, Mich. – The properties are adjacent to Oakland Mall, a 1.5 million square-foot regional mall.
Canton, Lansing and Okemos, Mich. – The four-property retail portfolio totals 39,409 square feet.
Roseville, Mich. – Other new retailers that have opened at Macomb Mall this year include Kay Jewelers, Body Central and Myra’s Sweet Tooth.
Farmington Hills, Mich. – The purchased properties are the first Taco Bell restaurants in Agree’s portfolio.
Auburn Hills, Mich. – Great Lakes Crossing Outlets features 185 shops, restaurants and entertainment options, including a 1,000-seat food court and a 25-screen megaplex.
Owosso, Mich. – David Block and Max DiCarlo of Block & Co. represented the seller, a partnership between Bloomfield 2005 LLC and Metcalf Arlington SPE LLC.
Romulus, Mich. – Outlets of Michigan will be an open-air center with approximately 75 retailers.
