Integra Secures $5.66 Million in Acquisition Financing for Chambers Corners

Wayland, Mich. — Integra Real Estate Capital has secured $5.66 million in acquisition financing for Chambers Corners, a 99,600-square-foot shopping center located in Wayland, 20 miles south of downtown Grand Rapids.

Harding’s Market and Family Dollar anchor the center, with a tenant roster including Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Family Farm & Home. Meyer Perlman of Integra negotiated the 10-year, non-recourse loan.
