Located at 13081 Ridgedale Drive and shadow anchored by Target, the fully leased property spans 140,418 square feet. Tenants include Lunds & Byerlys, Barnes & Noble, Ulta Beauty, Rosenthal Furniture Co., Massage Envy and Supercuts. Amy Sands, Clinton Mitchell, Michael Nieder and Ted Gonsior of JLL represented the seller, Invesco Real Estate. Bianco Properties was the buyer.

Robbinsdale, Minn. — KW Commercial has arranged the sale of Robin Center, a shopping center located roughly six miles outside Minneapolis in Robbinsdale. Dollar Tree, CVS/pharmacy and Car-X anchor the center, which is located at 4044-4152 Lakeland Ave. N. Matthew Klein of KW Commercial represented the buyer, Robin Center Partners LLC, in the transaction. Steven Nelson and Kyle Thompson of Hoyt Properties, along with Chet Masserano of Corporate Real Estate Brokers, represented the seller, an entity known as Robin Center LLP. The sales price was not disclosed.
Elk River, Minn. — Northwoods Management has acquired Elk Park, a 205,009-square-foot shopping center in Elk River, about 34 miles northwest of Minneapolis. The purchase price was undisclosed. Grocer Cub Foods is the anchor tenant. The property, which is located at 19216 Freeport Ave., is also home to Planet Fitness, Famous Footwear and Maurice’s. CBRE represented the seller, Brixmor Property Group.
Minneapolis — The Telos Group and 601W Cos. have received $250 million in financing for The Dayton’s Project, a historic redevelopment of 700 Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis. The 12-story property was previously occupied by Dayton’s department store, which rebranded as Macy’s in 2004 before closing its doors in 2017. The 1.2 million-square-foot project will include office space, 200,000 square feet of dining and retail, and a 45,000-square-foot food hall and market. Minneapolis — Target (NYSE: TGT) has announced plans to expand to over 160 Disney shop-in-shop locations by the end of 2021. The Minneapolis-based retailer began opening Disney shops in select stores in 2019. The new stores will offer a collection of Disney items including toys and costumes ahead of the busy holiday shopping season. Construction is underway on the 3,000-square-foot, two-story restaurant. Completion is scheduled for summer 2022.
