North Plainfield, N.J. — The properties include two grocery-anchored shopping centers and a regional mall.
Hackensack, N.J. — Summit Plaza is anchored by a 62,000-square-foot Super Stop & Shop.
Plainsboro, N.J. — Since taking ownership of the center, Onyx has leased a combined 20,000 square feet to Indus American Bank, as well as junior anchor tenants Lightbridge Academy and Planet Fitness.
Morristown, N.J. — The Vail Mansion is listed, for both its interior and exterior, on the National Register of Historic Places.
Eatontown, N.J. – The 105,735-square-foot Crossroads at Eatontown, a renovated center, is located across from the main entrance of the Monmouth Mall.
Woodbridge, N.J. – The store will be developed on a recently acquired parcel that sits adjacent to the original St. Georges Crossing site.
Howell, N.J. – Gloria Mercado, Levin Management’s leasing representative, negotiated the long-term lease.
Sicklerville, N.J. – Gloucester Town Center is anchored by a 57,560-square-foot Acme supermarket and features a new 9,700-square-foot Dollar Tree, as well as Columbia Bank and STS Tire.
North Plainfield, N.J. – Most recently, Reiner served as director of real estate for Body Central Stores Inc.
