ACME Markets occupies the building, which was constructed in 1998. The Winter Organization acquired the property. Jose Cruz, Kevin O’Hearn, J.B. Bruno and Austin Pierce of JLL represented the seller, Vision Real Estate Partners, in the transaction.

Barnegat, N.J. — JLL has secured an $8.3 million loan for the refinancing of Barnegat Village Square, a 70,491-square-foot shopping center located in Barnegat on the Jersey Shore. Built in 1998, the property was 97 percent leased at the time of financing. ACME Markets anchors the center. Other tenants include Barnegat Wine & Spirits, China King, AtlantiCare Urgent Care, Marchioni’s, Dazzlz Salon and Burger King. Jim Cadranell and Michael Mataras of JLL arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through Provident Bank on behalf of the borrower, an affiliate of Walters Group.
Voorhees, N.J. — CBRE has arranged the $13 million sale of three standalone properties and an undeveloped land parcel situated within Cedar Hill Shopping Center, a 366,000-square-foot retail center located in Voorhees. The properties include Units 2, 3 and 4, which total 62,358 square feet. Tenants at the properties include Starbucks Coffee, The Vitamin Shoppe, AT&T and a 22,000-square-foot Savers Thrift Store. Moonbeam acquired the mall in 2012 and has repositioned the property as The Crossings, a 370-acre mixed-use development. Phase 1 features roughly 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Tenants include Raising Cane’s, Sleep Number, Panera Bread, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Discount Tire. Plans for Phase II include potential medical office, hotel and fitness space.
