Manchester, N.H. — The Grossman Cos. (TGCI) has acquired South Willow Shops, a 9,869-square-foot retail center located in Manchester, approximately 18 miles south of Concord. TGCI purchased the property for an undisclosed price via its investment fund HIIPCF II. Linear Retail Properties was the seller. Built in 1988, the center features long time tenants including Hannoush Jewelers, Mattress Firm, Chipotle Mexican Grill, as well as a new restaurant, The Great Greek.

West Mifflin, Pa. — Red Mountain Group Inc. has acquired Century Square, a 415,613-square-foot regional shopping center located in West Mifflin, roughly 11 miles southeast of downtown Pittsburgh. Built in 1990 and renovated in 2016, the center is 82 percent leased. Anchors at the center include Lowe’s Home Improvement, Hobby Lobby, SHOP’n SAVE, Dunham’s Sports, Luxury Cinemas and Planet Fitness. The sales price was not disclosed.
Batavia, Ill. — German discount grocery store chain ALDI has plans to open more than 225 new store locations in 2025 as part of its five-year national growth strategy. The new stores will comprise original ALDI supermarkets and the conversion of select Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket stores. Philadelphia — Federal Realty Investment Trust has broken ground on the next phase of redevelopment at Andorra Shopping Center located in northwest Philadelphia. Construction of the property, which began in February 2025, will include a 50,000-square-foot GIANT grocery store and the repositioning of 30,000 square feet of retail space. Developed in 1997 and renovated in 2005, Muncie Towne Plaza was fully leased at the time of sale. Tenants at the property include Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty and Shoe Carnival. The property includes a 1.1-acre undeveloped land site immediately adjacent to Old Navy, which Regency plans to develop into a single- or multi-tenant space.
