Philadelphia — Benbrooke has sold Franklin Marketplace, a 223,434-square-foot retail power center located in northeastern Philadelphia, for $25.8 million.
King of Prussia, Pa. — Simon has completed a 155,000-square-foot expansion at King of Prussia Mall, a shopping center located about 25 miles northwest of Philadelphia in King of Prussia.
Washington, Pa. — PREIT has sold Washington Crown Center, a 673,000-square-foot regional mall located in Washington, Pennsylvania, for $20 million.
State College, Pa. — CA Student Living, the student housing division of CA Ventures, and Liberty Mutual have commenced construction on RISE at State College, a grocery-anchored mixed-use development located near the Penn State University campus in State College.
Warrington, Pa. — Poag Shopping Centers, in partnership with real estate funds managed by Ares Management, has acquired The Shops at Valley Square, a 292,888-square-foot mixed-use property located in the Philadelphia suburb of Warrington.
