Merrill, Wisc. — Cohen Financial, has secured a $6.27 million refinancing loan for Merrill Ridge Plaza, a mixed-use retail and office center located in Wisconsin. Merrill Ridge Plaza is a 122,919-square-foot property and is 97 percent leased.
Madison, Wisc. — Burlington Coat Factory and Jo-Ann Fabrics are the anchor tenants at Westland; other tenants include Rogan Shoes, Burger King, and Hand & Stone Massage and Day Spa.
Lake Geneva, Wisc. — Anchor tenants at Geneva Square include a 50,000-square-foot Piggly Wiggly and Aurora Health Center, a 63,000-square-foot health care provider.
Eau Claire, Wisc. — Menards Inc. purchased the 133,883-square-foot center.
Milwaukee — Tenants at Point Loomis Shopping Center include Kohl’s, Pick ‘n Save and Chase Bank.
Delavan, Wis. – All three buildings have frontage along State Route 50.
